There are no returns on books, printed or digital patterns, needles, or "sale" yarn (yarn purchased at % off regular price). Yarn and other items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Customer must notifiy us of the return, either by email or phone.
Any problems with items in your order must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. This includes missing or mis-shipped items, defects or damage.
Condition: All returned items must be in new, unused condition with labels and packaging intact and undamaged. Yarn that has been knitted or wound into balls is not returnable.
Shipping Costs: All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund or bear any shipping costs whatsoever for returns or exchanges. If your order was eligible for free shipping and you returned the order, our incurred outbound shipping costs to you will be deducted from the return credit.
Yarn color images are presented as accurately as possible. However, colors may look differently on your computer or device screen for many reasons, including adjustments you've made to your computer screen, lighting, the type of device you are using, even your eyesight (not everyone sees colors the same). If the success of your project relies on an exact color match, we suggest you visit one of the many fine Ito stores where you can see the yarn first-hand.
